Jodi Helmer is a freelance writer who specializes in writing about green topics. A native of Toronto, Canada, Jodi currently lives and writes in Charlotte, North Carolina. Determined to “walk the talk,” she turns off the water when she brushes her teeth, uses phosphate-free laundry detergent, offsets her carbon emissions when she travels and walks whenever she can – an eco-friendly habit that makes her dogs, Molly, Milo and Roxie, very happy.
